the restaurant was a bit fussy for us but had a drink in the bar which was lovely

everything! staff, location, cleanliness, room, gym.

building, we liked the bar and cafe areas, good location that was near everything, good to have gym/exercise

excellent wide choice at breakfast and bar meals

breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the free drink we had by connecting to the wifi

wifi connection kept dropping off in our room but that really didn't spoil our stay at all

a pet owner we selected from the bistro menu in the bar area which we had booked prior

breakfast was very good and the staff, although obviously very busy, had an excellent manner

expectations for what we expected to be a basic hotel, restaurant and bar area nice and room

were attending a wedding reception at lapstone barn and trying to get a taxi home was an absolute nightmare and

parking is quite difficult if you arrive midday the spa facilities are quite small and they only

very nice bar with a huge selection of drinks on offer

we also used the spa facilities (pool and sauna) and both were lovely and you do need to pre-book to avoid

the spa is really outstanding

the swimming pool is the best i have seen in an hotel

sleeping conditions and soft linens, the spa is one of the hotel's advantages with an indoor pool and jacuzzi

there was a swimming pool or jacquzi, steam, sauna, spa that would have been even better

(this feeling was enhanced by the fact that i had no phone reception, but the hotel wifi

we slept like babies loved the temple spa toiletries too-smelt divine

- room service menu was quite limiting

the breakfast was a la carte and there were plenty of walking roots, easy parking.
