as late may bank holiday at end of lockdown hotel was not full and gym operating reduced capacity

parking was free as well

great location, near to leamington spa and warwick, and a superb breakfast.

this was a major issue for us, as both my partner and i suffer from pet allergies

expected room service or restaurant for evening meal. neither were available.

the bar area was stylush yet comfortable and breakfast was freshly made with generous portions

conveniently close to the cathedral, shops and bars

staff serving on the second day however forgot to order our request from the menu choice with the kitchen but

building, we liked the bar and cafe areas, good location that was near everything, good to have gym/exercise

was clean i asked for an early check in and it was ready for me half an hour early

pet hates are noise from other guests so poor fitting door or thin walls, no mirror where there s

great location. clean room and good air conditioning. nice staff, we also got an early check in
