thanlfully the staff kindly booked the kids into the driving range for the following

we had our pet cocker spaniel and really liked the way the hotel has a

very spacious, comfortable and clean, excellent breakfast very good value for money and on site parking

basic bar menu which you are forced to order from as dog can't go in restaurant and not allowed to be

dinner was fantastic breakfast was just what we needed to start the day.

was a service charge for room service which under present circumstances ie covid restrictions, i thought was

altho live ayrshire, great place for a couple getaway from the kids :)) cocktails selection is amazing and all

enjoyed that it is pet friendly

outstanding location, beautiful decor and wonderful spa facilities.

however there was a funeral reception and when i arrived at hotel it was raining heavily and no parking close

nice room with brilliant sea view. excellent gym and swimming pool. helpful staff.

only one pillow on the sofa bed for two kids. would have loved a pool.

room booked but let down by child minder so we called hotel and asked if it was ok to bring the kids it wasn

here with my 3 kids for a family wedding

receptionist was super helpful & bar waiter nick was very kind and attentive for my evening spent in the

grounds, hotel room stunning, breakfast was lovely

we hadn't booked a table for dinner on one stay but the whole restaurant menu is available for room service so

the wifi was slow, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the shower only ran boiling hot.

only disappointment was one of my poached was slightly undercooked and the wifi wasn t great

there is a lot of parking

food, comfy bed, clean and tidy helpful staff, fast wifi, food a little pricy, but room rate

early check in and was called back by the very kind receptionist to say that our room was ready and

lovely room, friendly staff and good swimming and spa facilities

20 at night as there was family with kids on both sides maybe not so good for couples on a nite

the location was ideal for where we needed to be, check-in was easy and friendly, bar staff and restaurant

swimming pool and gym , small running track in the grounds . evening meal was gorgeous .

the reality was a selection of processed food, bar a bowl of fruit

ambiance,staff,location as we were attending a concert at the ovo,bed so comfortable,breakfast.

very quirky with the record player and the bar open till midnight

breakfast was plentiful with good variety

wifi in the room was a bit unreliable (although there is alternative wifi upstairs which may have

to have a lie in and skip breakfast, but from 7am, sleep was impossible as the room was below the kitchen

value for money, pleasant staff, someone in the kitchen who knows how to make a cooked breakfast

to us they gave us upgrade,, which we were surprised but the room was downstairs,, just under kitchen and dining
