first night (thurs) and sat morning where outstanding one girl inparticular was so good with the kids

good evening meal and breakfast and room was a good size and comfortable and wifi worked

friendly staff, good quality food, well stocked bar. perfect location for our golf trip.

much we didn't like other than the fact we couldn't see a kids menu in the restaurant and that there could have

noise in my room was loud at all hours must have been a laundry room next door or underneath

room service was on point and staff were lovely

i had two suitcases and 2 kids and no way of getting them from the car park to the building safely as my kids

we did not have time to complain as my daughter was playing in a golf competition and we had to leave

for suite, which was really just a double room with a spa bath - fine but the bathroom was tiled ceiling to

however, we really would expect daily room service

hotel, fantastic customer service and was given early check in which was greatly appreciated, the suite is lovely

it was walking distance to main street & had onsite parking

the decor in the bar area and breakfast/dining room was extremely relaxing

nothing. i wish the spa was up and running

were in a comfortable room in the out buildings about 150 meters from the main building with parking

the only car parking available was in the overflow car park as the former parking area adjacent to the hotel

backed on to laundry room which was a bit noisy, but fine after 9pm

ambience, friendliness of staff, pet friendly, the food was good but not exceptional

enjoyed that it is pet friendly

our two kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and the beach

disappointed that the aura bar had changed menu, we liked it when you could get bar food, smaller portions as

parking was very

i didn't want a cooked meal so i had room service of a sandwich and chips and they were presented lovely, not

quite a lot of loud families with kids running up and down the halls

there was a bar of soap,but it wasn't antibacterial

great breakfast

clean spacious rooms with excellent dinning facilities or room service

are amazing, pool steak and sauna :) the bathroom was stunning the bath was huge so relaxing

took my fiance for his 30th we stayed one night in the excutive room was lovely very spacious the pool and spa

the amount we paid was there was no fridge or ice machine, the tv in the bed didn t connect to wifi or wouldn

the wifi didn t work

although we didn't use the leisure facilities, the liesure suit and pool looked superb

lots of parking available

critique would be there was no dog friendly areas in the public spaces and a small section of the bar would

only thing i would not change but add , is a spa , pool area ,, i believe the hotel is in the process of having

food was great and bar area was really good too

only complaint was that i would prefer my poached eggs at breakfast not to still contain pieces of shell

wifi in the room was a bit unreliable (although there is alternative wifi upstairs which may have

the breakfast is generous and delicious

great staff range of beverages in the room and lovely breakfast in the morning

however, it was possible to order from room service if you wanted anything

the wifi was terrible.
