wifi was poor

first 40 minutes in the hotel waiting for a staff member to call me back to see if i could get early check in,

convenient location, parking, comfy room

there s a free ev charger in the parking lot

also no give with early check in

it was right across from a swing park which was great for our kids

laundry service timing is vague and uncertain. makes planning for laundry tricky

beautiful house that the main hotel is in, nice area and backs on to the golf course.

150 yards in pouring rain from our room which didn t have a phone to the main hotel dreadful parking facilities

food was a good price and decent, the bar dining area was lovely to sit at and the staff were attentive and

had breakfast delivered to our room - with everything we had requested, delivered on time

a great restaurant & bar & fabulous rooms with loads of parking

as stairs and staff cupboard was near our room and the noise from the trolley going past with laundry beneath

the unreliable wifi system

close to beach for walks, next to troon golf course and close to prestwick and ayr

reception staff gave the warm welcome had everything you wanted very helpful and friendly, bar and restaurant

were disappointed that the junior golf course booking

the room. breakfast. friendly staff. location suited our stay.

we were in a room this time across from the laundry which i have to say is very very noisy so early in the

cold in room as heating wasn t available especially as we wanted to dry some wet golf

bonus of room service

backed on to laundry room which was a bit noisy, but fine after 9pm

ambience, friendliness of staff, pet friendly, the food was good but not exceptional

our two kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and the beach

breakfast good evening meal friendly and polite staff outdoor seating comfortable

a bit noisy when it should have been a relaxing spa experience

disappointed that the aura bar had changed menu, we liked it when you could get bar food, smaller portions as

parking was very
