a couple of issues with the wifi but no real problems.

we hadn't booked a table for dinner on one stay but the whole restaurant menu is available for room service so

staff, fabulous breakfast and beautiful gardens

a 5 star establishment, not having a pool was a disappointment

love the fact there was a fully fitted kitchen!

kids went horse riding. it was ideal

standard of food delivery via 'room service' was appalling

they were also brilliant and patient with the kids running around crazy

friendly and efficient staff. cosy bar and good food.

the room was lovely, the spa bath was perfect and the decor gave a lovely elegant feel to it

playing pool in the bar area were noisy and distracting

spa facilities are extremely impressive

great stay had our dog with us who got given a bar of doggie chocolate when we arrived was really pet friendly

good wifi. a bit too loud as the room was exactly under the kitchen. but otherwise all was fine

value for money, pleasant staff, someone in the kitchen who knows how to make a cooked breakfast

uk, i love everything about it, room was incredible, staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, bar exceptional

food was also terrific, and the bedroom was very nice indeed - great bathroom (amazing shower), wifi was good
