the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke

people were yelling in the parking lot at 1-3 am

dirty, the floor was not swept, the toilet seat was so gross from stains cigarette burns in a non smoking room

suite was great and i loved that so much was co-located here: restaurants, gym, pool, salon, and a bowling alley

we ordered room service three times and each time they forgot something

by far the best room service i've ever had in any hotel, blows the ritz away

the kids were very disappointed and we wish we were told ahead of time

the pool was beautiful and so well maintained

like everything the only thing that did not like was that the gym was being remodeled

no bar soap in the bathroom.

things i didn't like we're that the phone didn't work on the work desk and we couldn't order room service

we had to call the front desk more than once because kids were running up and down the hallways after 10

hot tub jets didn't work and there were wifi problems

lighting in the parking area, cleaner stairs and hallway, friendlier night staff, and better signage on doors

suite wasn t clean smoking room stunk of stall cigarettes had to get candle to not get sick over it tv

charge way too much for pet fees

the hotel has a laundry room if you need to wash clothes and there are some vending machines with soda and

it's a decent area, and reasonable priced aside from the pet fees.

place is clear beds are comfortable, and the pool we love it food and the arcade my kids won't stop talking

had a smoking room but it didn't smell like an ashtray

shower tub was very slippery and very narrow i had to shower holding the shower bar at all times that s how

the pool was a little hard to find at first.

clean facilities with working hot tub. free parking garage nearby.

dogfood under the sink and a sign that said no cats, after advertising pet friendly

the room solely based on it having a jetted tub and we stayed at this location because of the pool

there parking areas need to be monitored by cameras, because someone made a deep scratch on our 2018

wore night clothes bare feet and interrupted us for hours with noisy music as he laid across the fireplace hearth

pet friendly and very clean.

breakfast was the best hotel breakfast i've had; even the kids ate (they're not morning people)

to many kids running around and make so much noise

i also loved the setup of the pool

pretty much all the equipment in the gym didn t work

no info on wifi to buy or free and cell service is sketchy.

they had a pool and a spa and the casino of course was right at the entrance so you didn t have to walk far

staff was very friendly including the sports bar staff

the spa was overpriced and had hidden fees if you aren t receiving certain services.

parking, many of your casino players utilize the parking for your hotel customers...

the children enjoyed the child's play area outside and the pool was great

bed and breakfast

breakfast staff was having a bad day (grumpy), but everyone and everything else was wonderful

bed was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was no big deal. the indoor pool was ok.

swimming pool was closed off to hotel guests because they had a pool party for some kids and then on sunday

the hot tub was not working and pool was cold. out comforter was stained.

the pool area was clean and pleasant, and the room had a microwave and mini fridge

to get to right off the highway and it s clean and has a pool and breakfast in the

easy to find, ample parking, clean, quiet, near several nice restaurants, friendly employees

the grounds needed a lot of work, such as mowed, weeded, parking lot had holes
