location - we have relatives across the river in hampton, the breakfast of scrambled eggs, the pool with water

were looking forward to the pool and spa, when we arrived the pool was closed for maintenance and the spa was

having a casino in building was awesome

parking was inconvenient took a bit to cool room off

didn’t like all the kids running around a casino hotel , the parents were drinking in the lobby and all the

poor food presentation and limited selection was sad to think that this was a buffet in a casino

shower tub was very slippery and very narrow i had to shower holding the shower bar at all times that s how

the snack bar has a nice variety and food was good

in the spa unattended children were jumping in an treating as a play pool not place to sit and

what we got was a huge room with a living room, kitchen area and a bedroom

the pool smell was really strong, the continental breakfast wasnt stocked very well.

it has a beautiful lobby with a fireplace, friendly helpful staff, and very comfortable beds

the breakfast could be lot better. the pool was ice cold. and no hot tub.

there was a kids birthday party & none of the kids had wrist bands & very few parents were there watching their

noises from kids and smell of weed

also, wanted to order room service but they were too busy to do that

staff was nice, the first night there there was an incident with someone smoking weed in the room next to ours

like kids sprawled out in front of side entrance smoking, drinking when i arrived

non smoking room reeked of smoke.

i slept in a non-smoking room but couldn t tell the difference

while it was a smoking room, the walls and lighting was covered in smoke tar.

like the fact that you couldn't have kids from the family over to swim without having to pay extra

was booked with a no cancellation for four adults had medical issues and still had 4 people but 2 kids 14 years

i love this hotel! has smoking rooms and s pool and awesome staff.

blaming my kids were the only ones of color and blamed for making a lot of noise when i got the call they were

great location! it was quiet, comfortable, with great receptionists. the breakfast was perfect!

they came in in school busses and blocked thee parking area

people in the parking lot yelling & loud music,

dirty, the floor was not swept, the toilet seat was so gross from stains cigarette burns in a non smoking room

people were yelling in the parking lot at 1-3 am
