there was a big refrigerator, and the swimming pool was long, clean, and very inviting

my 4-year-old son obviously had a blast at a pool

the magic show was the best for having kids be engaged and watching every movement

the upgrade of family selection is worth it for room service if you have kids

the family pool was perfect for our kids who are not very confident swimmers yet

kids loved it

selection comes with its own pools, restaurant, bar and room service is included, which otherwise is not

we liked the activities and most of the food. great for our grand kids.

good, as well as the drink options, above all the bouffet at the el bosque restaurant and the room service

the trees maybe or zumba exercise class one morning for individuals who may not want to go in the gym

they did not enforce their own rules about not having kids in the adults-only pool

the layout, design, architecture, gym, spa, restaurants, views all incredible

if you aren t in the hyatt premiere you can t go to the premiere pool on the top floor, so you have one

at the end the guy gave us our two rooms near by the sea and with at least swimming pool view and sea view

although the space was separate for secrets and dreams, you could still hear kids and run into them in common

the spa was exceptional as well

also, the pool was dirty with too much chlorine

was helpful to have a kitchen

facilities, old beds with old covers, leaking shower, we had to ask someone to get hot water, wifi that goes

the infinity pool was lovely

parking under construction. didn t have hot water.

parking was small but it worked and more importantly it was secured.

they have a kitchenette with no trash there also no bulb in kitchen area it's dark

was problem with the wifi the first day, but the staff addressed this and there were no problems after that

no true bar in lobby area

sister property, the flamingo, has an excellent gym

eat options for those who prefer fish/sea food) and the japanese restaurant which my kids really liked

if you aren't interested in that don't take a welcome breakfast

he was particularly great with our kids

need a snack bar or swim up bar w/food our taco stand out by the pool for quick, and cost effective, bites

was great, staff at grill and pool area were all friendly and accommodating

and the last surprise is paid wifi

& well-kept grounds, the swimming pool was large and great for families, and access to the beach was convenient

omelette bar was fantastic
