spa amenities were probably the best i ve experienced

gym and wellness facilities were superb and spotless

need more training especially customer service, staff standing/ sitting around on their phones, bar staff don

i felt like the pools were in need of an update, the outdoor lounge chairs needed an upgrade, and in the cooler

beach chair/ umbrella, small adult swimming pool/ not enough chairs room hot tub not updated, kitchen sink faucet

bedroom two bath condo was a spacious side ocean view that was beautifully updated with a full kitchen, living

the beach had pristine water and well kempt amenities, pool a bit crowded

parking-- pain in the neck because have to constantly tip the young guys and inconvenient if items

we had to sleep with our kids and it was impossible for me and my husband to get a good night

the sea food bar is my favorite place to eat

restaurant is too expensive for tacos and chips and burgers and it s not right for families and kids to do

bedroom very comfortable bar near the seafood restaurant excellent. staff efficient

bedroom on the first floor where bar music and conversations can be heard

the pool is perfectly palm beach charming and elegant

was very clean lots of parking and in a great location near many restaurants and 5 minutes away from the downtown

laundry, gym and biz center all in good working order

staff was so nice & friendly and i absolutely loved edmund who worked bar at night

gym is nice

the only thing missing was the lack of the shuttle service due to covid i am sure.

room service you have to request night prior...

it filled with kids on the weekend

pool need to be clean and when i came in i had 2 queen beds looks like the housekeeper didn t

very pleasant front desk person, and very nice man tending bar and coffee bar.

the room was exactly what we needed and my kids even commented on how

location is right next to the interstate, which i was not aware of until i heard the noise in the parking lot

the view was wonderful, the staff was great, the pool was clean and refreshing

staff were super lovely. hotel spotlessly clean. pool area fab, wonderful view.

couldn t connect to wifi , seems nobody knew what the real password was

it also meant the kitchenette was right next to the bed but with no sockets so the microwave had to be placed

the wifi wasn t working but luckily we had 5g on our phones so this wasn t a big deal!

everything,facilities,room,pool,parking ice machine next to my room was all good.

room smelt like sweaty gym, needed to be vacuumed, hair all over one of the beds, missing lock on bathroom,

elevator not working for the whole stay, devices in gym mainly broken

the pool, the size of my room, the balcony, the staff are always more than willing to assist
