was fine- different because of covid (pool, fitness center closed, no room cleaning, but that was understandable

was easily accessible, close to restaurants and shopping, and there was plenty of convenient parking

the location right off the highway is very convenient for traveling, and the on-site parking is free

i especially appreciated the breakfast: besides the standard items, there were scrambled eggs, sausages, cream

we were in a hurry to change for a wedding and we asked for an early check in and it did not happen

breakfast all carbs only

wifi was weak

i liked the spa tub in the room it was very nice.

cleanliness was awful staff seems to not care much about what room is smoking and not smoking

breakfast was minimal, just muffins, but it was fine for a place to stay briefly

sparse breakfast ,(not even any coffee) awakened by a fire alarm when a person burned a waffle

of loud noises all night long and fighting in the parking lot

the staff in the morning was nice and let me do a late check out.

location was great, parking was great

a comfortable, clean room where everything works, an in-room jacuzzi and fireplace, an ac unit that isn't noisy

old moldy cigarettes and didn t help any with the homeless people sleeping in the stair well smoking

small parking lot, low lit and older interior.

also in the parking lot there was a rag with poop in a spot which i stepped in getting out of the car

the fan that turned on in the pool, it froze us out of there!

the gym

clean rooms, restaurant was excellent with great prices, and the gym was the best i have ever seen in a hotel

that this motel offers smoking rooms, i was afraid that i might be able to smell them in our non-smoking room

the spa tub

spa tub wasn t powerful enough and the price was a little too much to not include anything

smoking in room staff was nice making sure we had clean towels ect

i love having a real key , an actual bathroom fan , and a parking space right in front of the

wifi is slow, have old tv in the rooms instead of flat screen, parking has a big hole in the middle

tv was not working and remote and no wifi to keep up with the snow storm coming left early next morning disappointed

nothing snow and ice all over the parking lot

no wifi ! i dont care others, but there is no wifi. that's terrible...

laundry took four hours to clean and dry

friendliness of the staff. hot breakfast.
