breakfast was good

out of spa rooms and gave us a handicapped room with a normal bath which isnt what we paid for

i expected so much more for the price i paid, i took my wife for a night away from the kids and this was not

i also used the gym, which had everything i needed

location and great bar and brunch was awesome bloodybmary bar so good !!!!

wifi was horrible

parking is a bit confusing if there s an event going on but we always found a spot

was confusing to enter the premise at night about parking accommodations

we had issues with wifi the first night

my daughters and i had drinks at the bar good friday and the bartender was exceptionally nice and helpful

the staff in the morning was nice and let me do a late check out.

room had had a recent smoker; new room had a chicken bone in middle of floor; wifi worked intermittently, front

you have to pull into other businesses parking lots to make a u-turn

were huge bugs in the room, the tv didn t work, the wifi didn t work, the bathtub didn t work

breakfast area was neat and tidy, well-stocked and maintained during breakfast

there was no ashtray in the smoking room

their solution was to give me a similar room in the smoking section, which wasn't the end of the world, but on

pillows smelled of smoke in my non smoking

sheets on the bed, no ashtrays in smoking rooms

nothing snow and ice all over the parking lot

pool wasn't open but it wasn't the hotel fault it was due to the covid

front desk staff was cordial and helpful for getting on the unnecessarily complex wifi

the pool was a bit small but the excellent gym made up for it

it is a comfortable room!, the gym was good!

we were pleasantly surprised and there was more than enough parking when we were there

i liked the spa tub and how clean the room was.

spa tub wasn t powerful enough and the price was a little too much to not include anything

the owner was so helpful and allowed us to check in early and even gave us a nonsmoking room, not knowing we
