there was a strong smell of mold coming from the ac, non-smoking room but people next to us just walked outside

staff member walked in the room while i was naked in the spa tub before check out time

my daughters and i had drinks at the bar good friday and the bartender was exceptionally nice and helpful

clean rooms, restaurant was excellent with great prices, and the gym was the best i have ever seen in a hotel

the fan that turned on in the pool, it froze us out of there!

we ordered room service from the fabulous restaurant downstairs and it was delivered quickly

kimpton had thorough precautions in place, in terms of cleanliness, contactless room service, etc

restaurant breakfast was delicious

spa bathroom was great

the staff were extremely friendly, the server who brought up my room service was even wearing a suit

facilities were rather old, and the parking lot pavement could clearly use some touch-ups

but they could at least clean it literally takes a rag and some soap and throwing stuff in the laundry

i think it was wifi related problem but since i was just there one night it was not too much of a problem

loved the huge free parking space and the friendly, available staff

is slow, have old tv in the rooms instead of flat screen, parking has a big hole in the middle of it
