so if i need to get my coffee i should wait unit 11 or to dress up and go to the bar which is not practical at

the anal beads a page away from the club sandwich in the room service menu got a laugh out me.

despite the fact they position themselves as non-smoking the smell of cigarettes was in the room

this was a bit tricky, especially when traveling with kids, and we would have appreciated being informed in

ice machine was not working on my floor took a while for room service to answer my call

pool is small, but this is madrid, so it was great to have a pool to cool off in

well the wifi wasn't the best. it was okay.

4 playgrounds for kids around the hotel

everything is very cramped with such a small room, loads of luggage and two kids

the view was of a bunch of beat up old building the laundry hanging

the bar was not very well stocked. there was only 1 glass of white wine available.

breakfast was included and was a good choice of food

room,excellent location great, breakfast excellent. staff very helpfull

draft beer available in the bar despite the pump, bar staffed by receptionist, no snacks or food except a vending

i had no mini bar with water and had to buy a bottle at reception.
