hotel, breakfast,pool and neighborhood!

decor was overdone- too many different colors, patterns, light fixtures in the lobby bar room

wifi did not work due to poor explanation

there was an issue with laundry getting lost and they handled it very well, thank you again

i liked the direct facilities in the hotel , pool , gym and spa

such a treat to go for a swim every day with the kids before going out exploring the city

this time i booked a private double room for £89 (with late check out included) and it was a very good value

not the best wifi connection, organization of the room a bit strange

we asked for very early check in

hate when i need to sleep with the kids and there was a sound for some who woking at night time due to maintenance

gym facilities are very limited, pool is the size of a postage stamp so get there early if you want

the hotel staff was great and we enjoyed the lobby bar plus the great breakfast

no negatives, but on site massage or spa would be the only way to make this place even greater.

we had a very comfortable family room which was perfect to accommodate two adults and two teenage kids

bunk bed is dangerous for kids there is distance between the bed and wall

hotel with 5* should offer swimming pool and better equipped gym.

i loved the pool on the roof where you could cool off in the afternoons and early evenings

staff were quick to answer our questions and help us with laundry, in-country mailing, and other recommendations

staff was helpful finding tennis courts to take our kids

the food was great and there were lots of choices for adult and kids

the only thing that would be nice is a pool or spa area that supported some downtime relaxation

pool is not for adults swimming but more for kids or a chill.

wifi was a disaster

the room i was in had not mobile reception and the wifi was quite weak

breakfast room is really small and was dominated by a large group who stayed and chatted long after

because of covid, there was limited staff present onsite no daily room service

bar was only open in the morning which was disappointing

i had to register online prior to arrival and this was mandatory, fortunately i had access to wifi and i saw

maybe it could have another in the kitchen or in bedrooms

the wifi are free but extremely low, only 0.2 mbs , i need to get online in starbucks.
