wifi was correct

free wifi was quite adequate for my needs

i went for work travel , i needed good wifi which was not the case

despite the fact they position themselves as non-smoking the smell of cigarettes was in the room

booked this place because we needed to be close to the airport for a night with a place that had parking

the anal beads a page away from the club sandwich in the room service menu got a laugh out me.

amazing private swimming pool and sauna, also the bed was extra large a comfy

friendly staff. cleanliness in general. pool facilities.

gym and spa

spa was closed.

the double bed is huge and the room quite spacious. there is plenty of free parking!

the spa was great and it is open from 9.30am to 10.30pm.

the included breakfast was fairly rudimentary. 1 croissant & a cup of coffee ud83dude10

breakfast was excellent and food in the evening was also excellent

wifi was very bad.doors slam shut which woke me up every morning.

no room service before 11 am

could not get boiling water and the staff refused to provide a container for carrying water from bar to the room

bar and terrace outside looked nice but unfortunately no staff were there

the breakfast is amazing and much more than i was expecting

the room was very comfortable, the wifi was good and the bathroom had a hairdryer, which was very important

the laundry service was convenient, but quite expensive. that would be my only negative.

spa is amazing

were very comfortable, nice bathroom, television, and wifi

shuttle service to airport was excellent. the kids liked bunkbeds.

i should have ordered coffee from room service the night before

there was a pool, workout room, and even a little kids play area in the lobby

have a fee for room service of 7 euros which seems a little excessive but i guess it's not bad if you order a

pool is small, but this is madrid, so it was great to have a pool to cool off in

only alternative is mcdonalds next door, a friendly bar at 200m walking distance and a lidl supermarket next

draft beer available in the bar despite the pump, bar staffed by receptionist, no snacks or food except a vending

bed comfprtable, selection at breakfast superb, shower and facilities excellent
