the owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! the pool was clean and refreshing!

the room was large and clean, had to go outside for wifi, which isn't uncommon but is a hassle.

the buildings had a nice look to them, and unlike most places, they have ample parking and even covered parking

we had 2 rooms (both had full and twin beds) for 4 adults, twins kids, and a small dog

even stopped at a grocery store because i mentioned i needed to get water and juice for my kids

the pool is too small and not clean enough.

the parking lot is gravel so if you have to drag your luggage is not that easy even with wheels.

everything was easily accessible, from reception and pool area to trails leading to waterfalls and swimming

our room had a nice verandah but no hammocks. the spa services could be made more accessible

mainly due to the choice of restaurants and also because it had a big swimming pool, gym and spa

views were stunning and the staff was great, mario at the bar pool exceeded our expectations, his service was

they have no real facilities for guests to make you feel preferred apart from a breakfast restaurant and sone

we appreciated being able to use their laundry one night-just ask staff to help
