the staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating, the grounds including the pool and beach area were beautiful

we also got massages at the spa and they were probably the best massages we ve ever had

the howler monkeys freely roaming in the parking lot of the hotel were an amazing surprise

i love that i could walk from my room to the beach in five min and in between was the pool

the wifi was generally good but there were periods where it was not available in the room

it was impossible to sleep, we had two kids with us and wound up leaving the hotel (and getting no refund) a

laundry bill was extortion

we loved our pool time as well, massages on the beach, beach bar hopping, our private sailing afternoon, spa

greeted with a complimentary beverage (all 5 of us, including kids--they got smoothies), just steps from the

kitchen fridge stocked with complimentary sodas and snacks and beers

loved the spa treatment and yoga classes and sound bath

the magnesio massage at the spa was amazing, and oropendola waterfall

we only checked out 2 of them because the others requires a long hike and our kids don t like to hike too
