big spacious rooms, pool area is great, location wise there are bars restaurants only minutes away in the car

we haven't tried but there is spa in hotel and pool outside

to get wifi connected,,,had to wait 1 and half hrs for food, mouldy bathrooms

bed and an excellent shower, breakfast was varied and plentiful with good friendly staff at hand at all times

excellent we decided to pay to have dinner every night of our stay as we had only booked bed and breakfast

on all inclusive were limited and lack of ambience generally around the restaurant, bar and pool

the pool area is stunning and the breakfast is great

a few of very minor comments for improvement: - the floor around the indoor pool was a little dusty during our

hit the mark for what we were looking for- relaxation by the pool, without our kids,and without having to leave

breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with great quality and plenty of variety

again, a screw up in the kitchen because 7 people called in sick

the room s , the location and the breakfast were amazing!

the spa was excellent, and our room was particularly comfortable, spacious and cosy

also around and in the pool

kids club also very nice and a lot to do for the kids

a/c didn't work, the breakfast had no choice at all, the pool is not available and in general it needs some

weird when room service came at the end of their shift and asked us to come out quickly for they must be done

the table and chairs for the kids and the bunks made for two very excited children

was a spa and pool advertised that didn t actually exist

no room service on second day until 14:30

our private accommodation was exceptional, featuring our own swimming pool and both an indoor and outdoor bath

the pool sauna steam gym area was fabulous

the infinitive pool is just amazing with breath taking

spa didnt open until10 and we needed to leave early - would have liked a little earlier opening

a pool would complete the deal but this is not possible in the old town

expereience is important and breakfasting in the basement which is more suitable for a gym or spa wasnt what we

shame there is no pool but the beach is close by

met me in person very late, and then parked my car for me. breakfast was wonderful.

although it didn t affect us , as my wife & i did not have kids with us, the accommodation is not really

comfy bed, lovely bathroom, good location, nice breakfast and coffee and cake available all day

basic in some form because there is no pool spa etc

is excellent, our room with the terrace was spotless, spacious and beautifully equipped and the breakfast was

villa with a pool space of the villa was beyond expectation bathroom was equipped with the all the details

breakfast was included,and u have to take it at the restaurant,if not they charge it.

was a pleasure like always, friendly staff, we had a great time in spa and bar & restaurant was

we loved the position and the friendliness of the staff. really good breakfast, great hotel gym.

room service food wasn t great quality, the ac broke in our first room and nobody fixed it for a

breakfast personnel was somehow lacking attention to the details serving less menus than a number

the beds r a bit stiff change the pillows alacart breakfast

very bad,we ordered breakfast at the room service and every time items were missing so staff not qualified,

only down fall that there wasn't a kids club which was abit sad for the kids also room service is very slow have

the staff was very helpful and friendly always willing to help. the best feature no kids.

smoking at outdoor pool. it would be nice to have a no smoking outdoor pool area.

wish gym was open earlier & later hours, also that spa pool was included in price

breakfast abd dinner was very good

clean. comfortable. stayed there many times. i use it for golf tours in spain

gym has 60% of equipment broken so it was basically useless and huge disappointment

instead we got a basket of disgusting sweet pastries fit for the kids and the most dreadful bread,ten slices

the pools are gorgeous and the pool bar great too

spa treatments are amazing value for money, really comfy beds, beautiful location and lovely

gym smells and needs renovation
