big spacious rooms, pool area is great, location wise there are bars restaurants only minutes away in the car

we haven't tried but there is spa in hotel and pool outside

to get wifi connected,,,had to wait 1 and half hrs for food, mouldy bathrooms

bed and an excellent shower, breakfast was varied and plentiful with good friendly staff at hand at all times

excellent we decided to pay to have dinner every night of our stay as we had only booked bed and breakfast

on all inclusive were limited and lack of ambience generally around the restaurant, bar and pool

the pool area is stunning and the breakfast is great

a few of very minor comments for improvement: - the floor around the indoor pool was a little dusty during our

hit the mark for what we were looking for- relaxation by the pool, without our kids,and without having to leave

breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with great quality and plenty of variety

again, a screw up in the kitchen because 7 people called in sick

the room s , the location and the breakfast were amazing!

the spa was excellent, and our room was particularly comfortable, spacious and cosy

also around and in the pool

kids club also very nice and a lot to do for the kids

beautiful infinity pool, amazing views from royal suite, luxurious, great facilities

the infinitive pool is just amazing with breath taking

our private accommodation was exceptional, featuring our own swimming pool and both an indoor and outdoor bath

a lifeguard on duty from 11am to 8pm everyday, kids club parties in the pool and the staff could not do enough

the breakfast was good with a lot of options, but no variety from one day to the other

a lot for the money - nice rooms, a great breakfast buffet, two pools, beachfront access, free parking and

comfortable beds with daily room service available

the facilities (spa, pool, beach accessibility, room service, food ect), cleanliness of rooms and hotel itself

unfortunately, the pool/spa was shut when we were there but overall a great stay

beautiful place, excellent service, awesome rooftop bar & restaurant. great location

spa was still closed from covid but otherwise the hotel was perfect

is excellent, our room with the terrace was spotless, spacious and beautifully equipped and the breakfast was

building were we stay was empty and my kids was on different floor which made them scared at night

wifi did not work in the room now ithat was fixed pretty quickly once i asked but as the place is

helpful staff, lovely breakfast & clean rooms

the view from this hotel is beautiful and the pool area is stunning as well as the lobby, perfect

we loved the position and the friendliness of the staff. really good breakfast, great hotel gym.

swimming pool, gym, lobby, staff in short every thing in this hotel is excellent.

we had teenage kids with us and they loved it as well

no one to help with luggage wifi kept dropping off

the music by the pool could be more louder .

wifi was only working in the reception area, it did not work in the rooms, on he balcony it at the

possibility to have a drink near the pool was great, and the ability to extend the late check out

good options with the outdoor pools for the kids and even for the little ones

we very liked market place especially breakfast with coffee and fresh orange juice

we were upset to find that there was no restaurant open or pool bar as we were there in january

volleyball, mini golf and padel court were a huge hit

also very good pizza pool was good parking under the building close to ocean play area for kids was very

pool was great and lifeguard were great too,looking after all visitors and desinfecting everything

no mattress protector on bed. better selection of drinks needed at pool bar.
