the hot water and wifi were occasionally erratic but nothing to cause concern

the spa was relaxing, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was very convenient

they were very friendly and polite with my kids and showed great care and respect for my mother, too

the fabulous restaurant goes across two floors, the ground floor is a lovely tapas bar straight from northern

a private balcony and a garden view, this spacious room features a private bathroom with tub, pool

the reception guy mohaed yassin was so great and gentle. also people in bar were so friendly

is free in the room, but if you order water with rooms service or water at the pool you get charged

the pool, spa and restaurant are world class

everything was great. go to the spa and get breakfast included with your room.

regarding the professionality and service at the bar area next to the beach is been fantastic , many thanks to

the food was absolutely delicious, with a breakfast that was not only copious but abundant, thanks again to

very bad,we ordered breakfast at the room service and every time items were missing so staff not qualified,

the beds r a bit stiff change the pillows alacart breakfast

pool side, beach side, we enjoyed excellent service

the music around the pool/gardens was a generic , chillout , covers play list that was on a loop throughout
