my family enjoyed the hot springs, river slide and pool

we had dinner and drinks at the bar and restaurant and everything was delicious

the wifi signal was not good at rooms but fine near restaurant and lobby

our kids didn't want to leave

is a small river you need to cross to get to the parking area closest to the bungalows

the restaurant and bar area was a long walk up a steep hill

there is so much to experience and never a dull moment between the thermal pools, regular pool, nature walk

parking onsite which was good

food it is a very simple for 5 stars wifi must pay

the pool is lovely, and the breakfast and restaurant food is delicious

also, the balcony looks out onto a parking lot, and with the welding was a little loud

the kitchen wasn t very well equipped to cook a meal

but the wifi got choppy on my last day- thanks roberto

location, accessible, easy parking and close to la fortuna

wifi was really limited to my room

wifi didn't work in our unit (too far from lobby). shower water was warm but not hot.

the wifi only works at the bar or near the desk, but i m on vacation and am completely fine with it

the gardens are very nice, the happy hour and bar with music were fun, and the family-run staff were gracious

wifi was spotty at times but only because they were recently getting it repaired

without the light also being on so no fan while sleeping, string of lightbulb string around the spa outside had

free secure parking

airy feel good communal spaces central location bar and restaurant on site hot powerful

bar service was lacking

of the volcano and church, wifi was available, free breakfast was great with hot food, available parking about

wifi worked well

we stayed in a deluxe bungalow with spa bath and were so happy we paid extra for the spa bath

finally, free parking

steven & dylan in the restaurant and bar were both wonderful too

gluten-free offer at breakfast and we had to take a taxi to get to the various tourist attractions and even to

the wifi wasn't that good in the cottage (2), which can be better with another extender

hot water for kitchen and bathroom sinks

we liked the large bathroom, the outdoor rain shower, the kitchen area, and the living area

the kitchen is not equipped with a stove and the single knife was very used

villa was very clean and comfortable, bed was soft, full kitchen was great

- very friendly helpful stuff; - beautiful terrace outside: - good restaurant/kitchen, good

everything was beautiful, the swimming pool, the room, the view.

it was perfect for our two families with teenage kids with the pool, hot tubs, ping pong and pool table

weak wifi in our room but good at reception and pool area

air conditioning and wifi were great

friendly staff, comfortable, clean, great breakfast, all day espresso drinks, on site bar and restaurant, lots

very clean and nice, spa was awesome and in a good location

of costa rica and it was probably the best place we stayed, beautiful new rooms, little modern kitchen, beautiful

wish there was a pool at this residence but the jacuzzi was easy to figure out

proximity to everything, yet quietly tucked away. clean. spacious. we had a private pool.

we especially appreciated the small kitchen it was very convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable

there isn t much lighting in the bathroom and the light bar wasn t working, no other rooms available and

nonswimming pool - no bar - limited staff present at reception - basic breakfast

pool was great and very relaxing, the kids had a great time and we were able to unwind

everything, especially the cabins, pool area, and bar area.

service was excellent and food choices at breakfast were

there is parking on site, location is great (10 mins into la fortuna ) and the hotel stsff can organise

privacy of our room, the pool, how well the property is maintained

amazing breakfast, exceptional staff and service. overall a wonderful and stay.

wifi does not work too good in the room. overall i think price is too high for what you get

the pool area and the spa and the location

small gym and hope for better pool maintenance

the parking is limited and its one way in and out.

the hotsprings were great, they split them among several pools and there's an infinity pool with a great view

room service at night spoiled us completely

they have an infinity pool with views to arenal volcano

it s nice to have guest only pools to avoid the day pass crowd.

pools looking a bit old. loud kids running around.

the farm visits was a wonderful choice for our kids and they fell in love with bella, the free roaming pig

the breakfast options were great

got troubles with wifi connection - it was not working properly mainly in the evening, so we complained about

the rooms are large chalets with a safe and wifi working well throughout the large area of the hotel

the pools were clean and kids enjoyed every bit

wifi hot water was sometimes hard to get

staff was friendly, helpful , a late request for laundry return and they made that happen

excellent room service and breakfast

my only complaint is that the wifi was not consistent.

the wifi was very spotty and even when it was working, it was so slow it barely worked

gym too small

helpful, bilingual staff in english and spanish, incredible hot spring pools, massage therapists, gymnasium,

great place with great facilities, well equipped gym, clean and spacious rooms

loved the towel animals after each room service cleaning and knowledgeable staff.

loved the hot spring pool including the bar and restaurant within the pool

room service was pretty fast

secure parking

we were able to do a small laundry, still very expensive but also very helpful

very well organized parking outside the lodges and safe with a guard in the entrance

have been nice to have been able to have a massage at the property but they don t offer any spa type services

our bungalow with private outdoor hot spa was a delight

fabio at the bar was a magician

the initial stock of mini bar items for free was great

we didn't have dinner in the restaurant, but the bar snacks and room service were great

stopped by the coffee shop and bakery frequently, did the complementary breakfast both with room service and

the breakfast was a huge buffet which my kids looked forward to every morning

the morning guard in the parking lot was the nicest staff member we met during our service

mineral pools were great , breakfast was exceptional, lots of choices for everyone

pool bar

staffa is nice and the breakfast is a costa rican traditional breakfast really delicious

a lot of activities available for kids and for adults

the room service breakfast was not good-cold eggs, burned bacon, and odd tasting toast.

so much to do, play pool, darts, chess, games and so many pools

the entire back side of the resort is open air: the reception area, the beautiful bar area that looks right

i’m bringing my kids and husband back here soon, i think we will have an annual holiday here as it’s that

the breakfast is a highlight absolutely wonderful

i highly recommend enjoying the spa as it was almost the best part of the trip

is super clear, room service until 10pm which is almost impossible to find in costa rica, the spa has amazing

early - our room was prepared right away and we enjoy a welcome drink (non-alcoholic for the kids)

breakfast, lunch and dinner

breakfast was delicious as well as lunch and dinner

pool area is not too attractive and there are no spring waters in the hotel at all

we had to return the pool towels back to the front desk at checkout

pool very inviting but barely warm

the price for laundry is pretty extreme

breakfast was very good

wifi was good at times and non existent at others

access and parking is great

parking was good, very close to the house

we stayed in the 2-bedroom villa, and it had a kitchen; but it could use some extra supplies, like pots and
