so you know this is coming from someone that managed the inn at manistee national golf & resort for 11 years so i know the effort put in by all to make a quest stay enjoyable

the pool is open 24/7. beautiful areas to sit and visit with family

we went to the casino and enjoyed the short ride there and back from the casino

staff, clean rooms, great beds, great breakfast and the cookies are a great bonus

clean and comfortable rooms, good customer service and also good breakfast

the golf course looked amazing but we didn’t have time this trip, but plan to next year

everything especially the golf course!

the kids loved the pool and the play stations in the room

location is perfect and the included breakfast every morning is a godsend for people with kids.

is so wonderful to be able to relax no matter what time it is especially after a big win at the casino right down the street

brand new 40” smart tv with easy access if you like bringing your own system, the biggest spa tub we’ve ever used in a room, and i didn’t even know we had a fireplace and a balcony

breakfast was good. kids loved all the pancakes and eggs..

the hot tub was great. i was caddieing at a golf tournament and it really helped.

comfortable beds, very clean, apartment like setup with a small kitchen, full size fridge, dining table and a love seat in the living area

and of course a casino if you like to gamble a bit

kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, soap, pans, and linens

kitchen and living room was very nice for the 4 of us

are opposite of what the knob says so obviously installed wrong and the faux drawer on the little kitchen counter was loose in one corner so it was hanging crooked

breakfast wasn’t anything special, cereal bars, muffins...and coffee.

jets didn’t work in spa tub though

great mexican restaurant across the street and a putt putt golf course right across the street as well, super

didnt like that there werent more services like spa services or tours directly a part of the hotel

advertised breakfast, but no breakfast :(

was super clean, the spa tub was lovely linens were fresh and an ample supply of towels

after that i booked us a room at the grand traverse resort and spa because we just couldn’t take it anymore

parking was great and loved the property

the access was a quarter mile downhill and in a residential area where parking is not appreciated

there was a fighting machine with a man and women out in the parking lot the night or early morning

good location, easy parking and rooms have been updated.

the outdoor pool was an added bonus for the kids and the playground area with a fire pit and other yard games

pool was sparkling clean and free hot coffee in the morning was perfect

everyone was extremely friendly! nice place with room for kids to run and play!
