breakfast was perfect outside on the patio over looking the golf course

located adjacent to a golf course so the views were so pretty.

the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the view of the golf course was beautifully relaxing

property advertised free shuttle to airport, which was the main reason we chose this hotel and paid much more

didn t like the ice on the walking and parking areas

i liked the fact that the parking was free and easily accessed

the hotel wasn t busy at all, but yet we were put next to a room with screaming kids

great location near downtown. nice pool area for kids.

the gym was a little sparse buy i was glad that there was one at all

that they don’t have guest laundry on site.

after that i booked us a room at the grand traverse resort and spa because we just couldn’t take it anymore

there is no elevator to the 2nd floor and no pool

no pool no public restroom

room was very small. what they call a spa was just a bathtub.

thing i was bummed about was no indoor pool or hottub, but we had a big whirlpool tub in the room so i was fine

extremely service oriented staff very clean room, pool and grounds outstanding view of the bay

wished pool would have been open. but understand why it wasn’t

gorgeous view, nice big and comfortable rooms, heated pool, beach, staff very helpful.

bed is very comfortable and i love you can be in the spa tube and still see the lake

mirror and very nice shower with no curtain but instead a textured glass wall and beautiful tile, spa showerhead, very comfortable beds with extra pillows and upgraded linens, kitchenette was nice

it was located right off of the lake, 10 minutes from downtown and the casino.

is so wonderful to be able to relax no matter what time it is especially after a big win at the casino right down the street

the kids loved the pool and the play stations in the room

the 24 hour pool and spa was fantastic

the hot tub was great. i was caddieing at a golf tournament and it really helped.
