room was clean and hot tub/pool area was well taken care of

location, friendly, helpful staff, excellent shuttle to/from airport, restaurant was very good alone and with friends for dinners

free coffee all day. clean . such a friendly staff. great pool. kids loved it

was convenient to the city and away from the noise, great staff the breakfast was good and the entire hotel was spotless

they accommodated a 1 hour late check out, which was super helpful

the hot tub was great. i was caddieing at a golf tournament and it really helped.

you drive up right next to your room and a laundry room is provided for those who need it

loved having laundry on site as well

simply leave what you used in the laundry bag and place it outside your room and housekeeping replaces whatever you used

in the summer, there’s a nice pool/gazebo

is hardly a bad view in the whole place and the outdoor spa being open in april is amazing

breakfast was nice, even had gluten free avail which is rare, and much appreciated

bed was like a cloud, the breakfasts were hot and delicious, the indoor pool and jacuzzi was amazing at the end of the day, and the staff went above and beyond

people from front desk to lori in the kitchen breakfast was outstanding and house staff just wonderful thank

now only operates on week-ends so we had to make other arrangements for getting downtown or the casino

so you know this is coming from someone that managed the inn at manistee national golf & resort for 11 years so i know the effort put in by all to make a quest stay enjoyable

we even used the pool

we were also placed next to the laundry room and the washer/ dryer was loud and made the wall & bed vibrate when it was being used

breakfast was nice. friendly people. kids liked getting a cookie. kids loved the pool.

close to restaurants , shopping, airport and casino

you can try to stay here for swimming, golf and rest with family.

parking was great and loved the property

the access was a quarter mile downhill and in a residential area where parking is not appreciated

there was a fighting machine with a man and women out in the parking lot the night or early morning

good location, easy parking and rooms have been updated.
