staff brilliant nothing to much trouble breakfast lovely

my husband and i felt comfortable in our room, and breakfast was excellent ud83dudc4dud83cudffd we'll come again

at breakfast, a lovely lady called mihaela took time to take us through the various options available

great rooms and prices lovely bar area and restaurant

bar only carried crisps and nuts when the kitchen closed at 10pm

breakfast was basic but more than enough for me

i arrived there was one member of staff on reception/ bar who had been clearly left on her own and was rushed off her feet

the bed was comfy and excellent breakfast and very near to croydon centre

delicious and varied breakfast

the residents bar was cosy and did good bar food

for our needs was perfect for a party at local golf club but would otherwise have to reason to stay in central croydon

laundry room which always makes the whole suite complex smell amazing ud83dude02

the breakfast wad disappointing as i thought it would be cooked breakfast served every day but it was

everything works without any extra charges, cordial staff is always available, and there is free laundry downstairs

have to pay and you need to pay $15 per day if driving in central london and not even mentioning parking

good breakfast included with the room that i booked

to hang your clothes, lamp next to the bed as well as possibility to charge your mobile, wifi was working well

also staff member in the upstairs bar was away from the bar sitting casually on his mobile and keep me waiting for nearly 10 mins

the hotel itsself is spaceous, with a breakfast / lunch / dinner lobby on the first floor that includes a small bar

monotonous for those who stay longer, pancakes, muffins and waffles would have been nice for d kids

the grounds around the manor are lovely to walk dogs on leads as long as you don t go near the golf greens

beautiful grounds and we were very lucky with the weather so could walk around the golf course and sit outside at the end of october

golf course which i have to say is the main reason for our visit was in shocking condition, it is

staff very friendly and helpful with directions to the golf

we were all happy with the spa services and also the look and feel of every area of the hotel, i would definitely come

liked the restaurant and bar set up the friendly staff the location close to shop high street secure

the reception staff were welcoming as always. the pool and gym staff seemed not as friendly.

no options to dinner after 9:00pm, difficult with kids

it was great to have the excellent coffee and tea as well as a well stocked mini bar and snacks

convenient location, lovely room, friendly staff, lovely food and bar area.

hotel desk isn t always manned so you need to go to the bar for service, really wasn t a problem just an

super comfy bed, brilliantly stocked mini bar and great location with fab restaurants and shops right outside

breakfast with no continental option in the restaurant but apparently available as room service

bar is a lovely atmospheric place to enjoy a drink

we didn't eat here in the evening but the bar and restaurant were very busy, breakfast was

friendly bar and dining area and excellent breakfast

the wifi did not work
