beds were very comfy, suites were spacious, well equipped, bathroom nice . breakfast adequate

my room was spacious, i liked the kitchenette and living was separated.

no soap in the bathroom, no soap in kitchen sink

some equipment in kitchen old.

which they had omelet bar on sat and sun! bathtub needs to be resurfaced!

the room was a little small and there is no pool just a gym and a giant courtyard but who cares about a courtyard in the fall/winter time

great feature was the 24 hr coffee bar the breakfast selections were awesome really surprised me

and the pool had too much chlorine it bothered my kids eyes after but they jumped right back in the next day so it was bare able

one day they took very long to have our room cleaned, and i had to wait downstairs with my kids for a long time until it was cleaned

called down for room service, fresh hot coffee and they brought coffee maker packets up, and no water

the staff was great, as well as the bed and food from room service.

granddaughter loves the breakfast and the pool

room service menus weren t valid any longer. very poor and limited choices for dining.

the place is very quite, my daughter loves the indoor pool and spa.
