i played the golf course and it was in great condition as well as challenging

average sized room, convenient for plymouth, very helpful and friendly reception staff, nice golf course

spa, pool, golf and food - excellent!

had 5 rooms for a group of 10 of us on a golf trip

wifi wasn't great in our room, and i couldn't shut the blind over the door at night

breakfast was continental only but plenty of items on offer , staff were friendly and

all staff throughout our stay were friendly and professional, even the breakfast staff

paid for breakfast but they said there not doing it as of the supply’s haven been delivered

we enjoyed an exceptional, memorable dinner in the inn's restaurant, where the bar was bustling and the dining room was full, and each dish we ordered was delicious

is the only food option and not for everyone needs to do normal bar food service not just room service we ate out everynight

the only down side which was completely my fault was getting carried away ticking boxes for room service breakfast and i ordered way more than i intended and breakfast ended up costing me

brilliant golf and facilities

we played a round of golf

of us of a party of 9 golfers stayed for an extra night on september 1st 2024

staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, the views were amazing over the golf course and the lake, the food was perfectly cooked, tasted amazing and didn t take too long

staff on the phone were very friendly and helpful, the guy on the bar was very friendly polite and nothing was too much trouble for him an absolute credit to the

toiletries and towels provided, perfect for a couple of nights & pet friendly, swimming pool onsite all staff were great & onsite restaurant was excellent, food was tasty and good

the pool was okay, it didn't seem to be heated but not freezing cold

we loved what you have done with the bar area

we also had a nice lunch there one day in the bar area

not a complaint but on occasions some noise in the evening from the bar below but to be expected at a pub venue and anyway noise stopped at correct time

need is in this village, but expect a slower lovely pace of life ud83dude0d good swimming bay for kids, safe environment

nowhere to walk/run without getting in car although golf course adjacent is easily

especially when a party of golfers may have seen more than intended when arriving for their putt

the parking even if couldn't park outside the village car park very near and free

wifi was only accessible in limited areas because of the lovely thick old walls

just the availability of parking, but this is a minor point.

choice for breakfast ordered the night before and waiting for you at the time requested

parking a bit awkward at times, but good free parking a couple of hundred metres away.
