we enjoyed the large pool and hot tub and a nice warm breakfast in the morning

cut off time for little kids in the pool area ending at 9 or 930 so adults can enjoy the pool and spa area's till it closes at midnight

the main ten w man got mad because the toilet was plunged and start cursing a lot while my kids are in the room

we heard people yelling and kids screaming all night long

the hot and cold water had been switched so one of the kids got hurt before we found out about it because they tried to use the bathroom

people smoking by entrances, not caring if kids were coming in

i didn't like that that bar room wasn't open. that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
