hot tub and pool

which i was thankful for since we had a long day of travel with kids ahead

i did not eat breakfast.

during breakfast both were occupied

the shuttle to the airport goes every half hour so that did work out well when we returned at midnight

overnight stay at end of vacation, convenient shuttle to drop of rental car & trip back to airport in the morning

shuttle drivers drove civilly at a reasonable speed which meant alot

just as described, airport shuttle and friendly staff

the pool and hot tub were very nice

last minute choice close to airport with timely and quick shuttle.

the ability to park your car and take their shuttle was wonderful

flight was delayed, it was a last minute need to stay the night and they made it so easy, free shuttle service 24 hrs from/to airport

they are allowing use of fitness room (set a time with the front desk)

the bed was very comfortable tv the kitchen i like everything about the suit i like the shower

pool, very clean facilities, breakfast bar, movie theater, a food pantry, great room service food

love the room and the kitchen is great

i liked the pool and the room.

the bar was closed permanently and its in a bad neighborhood

bed was nice and gym was ok some equipment was broke

people smoking by entrances, not caring if kids were coming in

desk manager has no customer service skills at all yelling crusing threatening guest her and her kids where going to jump a young pregnant girl bc she told the front desk manager she was

hotel was dirty kids was rubbing around garbage all outside but door i want a refund out stank so bad n the

clean, good breakfast, the size of the room, no complaints

the kitchen had no dish soap and only one pod for the coffee maker

location short walk from art museum, very comfortable room with kitchen including large refrigerator with freezer,, excellent bed, big fold out couch, plenty of

the breakfast was good and the rooms were quiet

nice kitchen set up

it was nice that the bar was open after midnight so we could get a night cap after a busy day

everyone from the bell man to the waiter

the hotel is beautiful it has really nice rooms. the room service was awesome.

well maintained and great staff. shuttle service is great!

i think breakfast should of had a little bit more variety

only problem was kids were running and screaming up and down the halls and parents weren’t doing anything and it

breakfast lol just could’ve actually been like some toast or something

the pool and spa are overrun by children

the pool and spa were well maintained

i liked how clean it was. i enjoyed the pool area. i enjoyed the spa tub.

no silverware in the rooms that have mini kitchen

cut off time for little kids in the pool area ending at 9 or 930 so adults can enjoy the pool and spa area's till it closes at midnight

nice that the bar was open when we got

good restaurant, sports bar & excellent convenience store all within walking distance (1 block or less)

and restaurants and bar attached

i was here for baseball game the bar next door had free shuttle bus which work out

~ friendliness of staff ~ pool/hot tub ~ breakfast ~ microwave & refrigerator in room ~ convenient location ~ availability of

everything was great - room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, etc.

the only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast
