the staff is incredible, from bar staff to housekeeping

we heard people yelling and kids screaming all night long

rowdy kids playing ball in the hallway is family of lone employee at desk

no they was being very rude to my kids. made them uncomfortable as possible.

desk manager has no customer service skills at all yelling crusing threatening guest her and her kids where going to jump a young pregnant girl bc she told the front desk manager she was

we get not bothering the other guests but kids not being able to jump around in there own room specially after being in a car for 4+ hours

only problem was kids were running and screaming up and down the halls and parents weren’t doing anything and it

breakfast was good

nice hotel, close to the highway, great breakfast, very welcoming stuff

i thought the pool would be a little bigger but overall still

we enjoyed the large pool and hot tub and a nice warm breakfast in the morning

the ballroom itself was a very nice venue with its own bar and high ceilings and plenty of room for an event

bar/grill had signs saying happy hour saturday but when we went to bar were told not on weekends
