& my friend have mobility issues so rob offered to drive us to the beach (5 min walk) on a golf cart & gave me the number to call when we were ready to come back to the chalet so they could

had some tiny ants in our cottage's kitchen

lounge and seating area, good sized kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, and full oven

travelling with multiple dogs having a room with one side on the end or in this case next to a laundry room is fantastic

very pleasant place - they had a laundry on the grounds and an excellent tv and wifi connection

the kitchenette and all the amenities that were provided, parking was easy and service by staff was quick and friendly :) beds were decently comfy and this

parking should be more organized

the laundry room was exactly what we needed to wash our clothing

- kitchen was well stock and have everything you needed

staff were very friendly and accommodating. there was a little playground for kids.

the updates to the property of the office and laundry will be a nice touch.

we loved the fenced-in pool, great for kids and appreciated that towels for the pool could be borrowed

the pool is a bit small, couldn't swim when kids are around - breakfast ran out of space when it's busy - need to drive to downtown

a candlelit soak in the jet spa bath with complimentary bath salts was a highlight for me

we stayed in the 'king/spa suite' and would highly recommend it

the moment we arrived and we re greeted with a big hi from the kids playing in the front yard we felt welcomed

upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bath family room with a kitchen, beautiful dining room, and living room

so handy to have kitchen laundry facilities in our suite

the pillows were huge and hard. there was a damp towel in the laundry basket in the closet…

plus the music from the bar downstairs late into the evening on the weekend

seemed safe, was decently quiet. early check in at no extra charge.

only real problem we had was that there was no tv and there's a bar downstairs so there was loud music until around 11/11:30pm

was a club or bar nearby with very loud music

incredible, rooms immaculate- had a king suite this time and it was very spacious and romantic, pool area very clean and bright

on a floor with hockey players and families , by 9pm we couldn t think the noise was so loud , kids running all over screaming and yelling , the

kids like hot chocolate from keurig

staff were amazing and accommodated an early check in when we had to move from another hotel that did not meet our expectations

wifi password not provided at check in, we are an older couple unable to download restaurant menu

laundry in hotel was a bonus for us travelling as well

best location, very comfort room, very supportive staff, excellent gym and swimming pool.

always like the delta, it was awesome to have jack frost there, the kids loved it

we were about 3 minutes from all attractions, especially our golf game

we were able to walk across the street to the amusement park, mini golf and haunted house

although we didn’t meet the staff, all communications were great and they allowed us early check in which was awesome
