location, the pool, the staff, everything was better than i could have expected when booking this place blindly

the pool was amazing, the kids enjoyed it a lot

rural location - quick drive to local attractions, golf courses, restaurants

not much to criticize. parking was a bit tight but everyone managed.

the owners are amazing people to chat with while having it in their own kitchen

only think was the wifi

the wifi wasn't given but even with my data it was dificult to work

& my friend have mobility issues so rob offered to drive us to the beach (5 min walk) on a golf cart & gave me the number to call when we were ready to come back to the chalet so they could

comfortable spacious cottage for 5 women appreciated fire being ready to set when we got there kitchen has all you need beautiful very quiet spot in

a message and suggested we could bring or buy food and cook it ourselves in the lovely spacious kitchen

lounge and seating area, good sized kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, and full oven

very spacious, comfortable and clean cottage with well equipped kitchen

great pool and beautiful country locale with large grounds

while we didn’t use them, all the added amenities, pool, gym, etc were a nice feature

the kids loved the pool and play area!

the pool had late hours which worked well for us

it was great having the playground right in front of the cabin so the kids could play and we could watch from the deck

close to a beautiful beach and restaurant as well as a number of golf courses

the laundry room was exactly what we needed to wash our clothing

enjoyed the kitchen area with a table big enough for us to play a family game

brand new room with full size appliances and functional kitchen

the kitchenette and all the amenities that were provided, parking was easy and service by staff was quick and friendly :) beds were decently comfy and this

very pleasant place - they had a laundry on the grounds and an excellent tv and wifi connection

we were about 3 minutes from all attractions, especially our golf game

the kitchen staff who served the breakfast is so energetic and deserves a

we were able to walk across the street to the amusement park, mini golf and haunted house

although we didn’t meet the staff, all communications were great and they allowed us early check in which was awesome

seemed safe, was decently quiet. early check in at no extra charge.

only real problem we had was that there was no tv and there's a bar downstairs so there was loud music until around 11/11:30pm

room service, breakfast was not satisfying

the kids loved the house coats and the pool i loved the view from the rooms

perfect location, modern and great staff to help. enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.

location was wonderful. our suite was amazing, and breakfast was delicious!

the apartment was spotlessly clean with the added benefit of a full kitchen and washer and dryer

breakfast though it’s best to arrive early or you will have to wait for a table

the two bedroom suite was large and clean and included a full kitchen and living room

sydney is in a great location, everyone on the staff were very helpful, and breakfast was delicious

the wifi was not good and i had to use data from my phone.

pet fee is somewhat high for charlottetown, however they welcome families, including fur babies
