very good hotel with great facilities, pool and gym.

prefer breakfast before 7.

breakfast sandwiches were great

everything was wonderful. loved the gym and pool

was a club or bar nearby with very loud music

we booked was huge and more like an apartment, which was great for us (family of 2 adults and 2 kids) to be able to relax abit without tripping over each other

the apartment was spotlessly clean with the added benefit of a full kitchen and washer and dryer

the laundry is in-room with detergent provided

breakfast was excellant with good choices and very helpful staff

they let our kids, be kids

good gym area and pool complete with towels and cold water

we loved the swimming pool and the beautiful waterfront view!

pet fee is somewhat high for charlottetown, however they welcome families, including fur babies

the time taken to be served in the bar area

it's a motel at the end of the day, so if you're expecting a luxury king suite with room service etc - go spend upwards of 250 a night at a hotel

accessible, ample parking

the full kitchen is really convenient to family travel.

travelling with multiple dogs having a room with one side on the end or in this case next to a laundry room is fantastic

there is also a small laundry area in motel, with a minimum charge to use, closes at 8 pm

& my friend have mobility issues so rob offered to drive us to the beach (5 min walk) on a golf cart & gave me the number to call when we were ready to come back to the chalet so they could

a message and suggested we could bring or buy food and cook it ourselves in the lovely spacious kitchen

spa idea was unique but only being there a short time sadly we didn t get to use it

we had the executive king room with our private balcony and parking

room was fantastic with a king bed and spacious sitting area with lounge

while we didn’t use them, all the added amenities, pool, gym, etc were a nice feature

i loved the location and the ambiance was great. spa music playing when you are. very clean.

we were able to walk across the street to the amusement park, mini golf and haunted house

although we didn’t meet the staff, all communications were great and they allowed us early check in which was awesome
