also, a gentleman at the front desk with a great fashion sense was helpful as well with my late check out

the location we chose the hotel based on those 2 amenities - so quite a disappointment for the kids

24 hr shuttle seevice

late check out was only extended by 30 minutes

a group of unsupervised kids ate pizza in the pool area and spit up in the pool 30 min later

from housekeeping to the shuttle drivers

the gym needs a stationary bike

hotel is very close to the airport & even had the shuttle pick my family and i @ 1200am
