gym, laundromat we did'nt use

quiet, clean, sumptuous breakfast, comfortable bed with dining table and lounge chair inside the room

the 2 ladies at the bar and shayla at reception were all so warm and

that i had to pay for breakfast. lol

school kids were too loud everywhere

the bar and food was outstanding

breakfast was not that great for a health conscious adult but i am sure children and kids at heart would love the carb buffet

then i waited again to be let in the gym for over 15 minutes

downstairs and wait 15 more minutes for a resolution, and to finally be able to put my exhausted kids to bed

absolutely no kitchenette, microwave was not working. old building.ac was ok.

the staff the convience of everything and the kids like the indoor pool

the free breakfast take away bags were very good i also liked the fact that the room was a suite with fridge

free parking lot and free laundry room

room service didn't clean room properly.

i notified one of the room service personnel that i left all the dirty towels & washcloths on the

room was nice and clean. we didn t get to use the kitchen but appreciated it.

love staying here… clean rooms and comfy… love the bar and grill downstairs

is new, modern, clean, spacious, not overly busy, close to food, available parking garage, gym very good property

bar and restaurant on site were fantastic and easy commute into washington

back bar area was freezing and they couldn’t adjust ac

spacious rooms, cool location at umd campus, the pool, convenient shuttle service to the metro station and other closeby

this felt like a spa experience

convenient location for folks dropping off their kids to umd

the pool is fantastic and the gym is great, too

one of my kids threw up about 30 minutes after coming back from the pool

we returned from the football game we knew the restraunt and bar was going to be busy all we wanted to do was wind down

there was a wedding one night and a bar mitzvah another and we on the side of the the building nearest to all the noise

is a very nice hotel with great staff and a very good breakfast

the gym closes too early , smelt weed a couple times

had issue with teenage kids running up and down halls yelling and banging on doors for hours but that wasn't hotel fault

the breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staffs are very neat and friendly too

the marc train is available for travel to other parts of the dmv/bwi area, while a barber shop and a nail salon are close by too

the handicap bar is on the wrong end of the tub

there was no gym or pool, as advertised on booking

the coffee bar didn't stay open very long and short staff during breakfast time.

that they didn't have also my kids were excited about a pool to swim and thay as well they don't have you have to get a pass for

advertisement this hotel had absolutely nothing at the hotel that booking said they would have no pool no gym jacuzzi suites are verry small its impossible to fit two

i enjoyed my room with the world pool in the room with my bed.

my boyfriend had to find a gold's gym to accommodate his workout but it was a very short drive so that made it ok
