the hotel itself is a micro-community of sorts, as it includes a fitness room, provides room service, has a snack bar, and has a good on premises restaurant

right there and then that this hotel customer service was non existent but for the sake of my kids we stayed why be a manager and you cannot do anything

under the assumption the hotel i was staying at had a place to sit outside with a fire pit and a bar like the pictures showed on the website

hotel is located in the center of a recreation area with really nice restaurants, activities for kids in the lake and lots of shops including a target

leaking all over the carpet so anytime i walked past the window the carpet was wet and cold, the spa tub was not clean and neither was the shower i had to purchase bleach and clean it
