my husband is very keen on good real ale and he wasn't disappointed by the selection at the bar either

we had a very pleasant meal in the restaurant one evening and a delicious snack in the bar the following evening

evening meal was really good,had pre drinks in bar with log fire

a really great stay, fully appreciated the early check in on a very rainy day

eat in bar with dog so although dogs allowed on property this meant travelling elsewhere to eat as

lovely atmosphere in bar and nice food

the fire inside the bar was warm and welcoming

black swan were really accommodating and attentive, especially with our early check in and late check out

we will certainly be back to stay ,such a friendly atmosphere in the bar with visitors from throughout the uk

room was clean and modern which you expect but what made it for me was the country bar next door,the people were really friendly and the food was amazing,all freshly prepared and

nearby 9 hole golf course is equally beautiful

also a golf course within the grounds

an outside hot tube and a natural outdoor swimming pool

spa was outstanding, enjoyed outdoor swim in natural pool and different steam rooms and saunas

the spa was a great place to unwind after a walk in the beautiful parkland and beyond

to richmond square and 2 miles from the barracks, 5 minutes walk from richmond waterfalls ,good size room with a nice bar downstairs

some reason there was only one cup in the room but we were above the bar so could of got another one if we asked i m sure

friendly welcome, quirky room names, lively bar with live music and great breakfast

we had drinks in the bar every evening and there were live bands and karaoke on

little place, very nice room, heard music and noise from the bar below but 11pm everything was quiet

have liked the bar and restaurant to be open during our stay but understand the reason it

for the fleece hotel guests a nearby bar plays loud music outside until closing time which could put guests off a possible return visit

wifi was a bit patchy in our room, endeavour. could be its location

we only had breakfast there, but the food is all home made

orangery, the food was good but the clubhouse was expensive for what it is - a clubhouse for a golf course

when going for our evening meal we were offered a ride down to the golf club and back after
