i love the staff energy and really enjoyed the spa and the ocean

restaurants and food choices, the nightly entertainments, the pools were awesome, and having a gym while on vacation is also very convenient

the opening hrs for the water park should be earlier

the resort offered plenty of pool and bar areas and has done a nice job with their covid-19 measures

wifi was weak

the wifi for the tv was not working alot of times could not watch tv in the rooms.

towels were dirty and floor need to be sweep. the wifi system was not user friendly

the wifi was terrible only flaw.

the accessibility of the wifi. the pool area was awesome with the entertainment center.

fairly well kept, swimming pool not very inviting could be better maintained

however the 1 in e block was very disappointing, in dire need of updating and kitchen not very well equipped

place needs to be maintained the shower door was falling apart , the kitchen sink drain was partially blocked

rip, door to the balcony need fixing, dining chairs need upgrade was afraid to sit too fragile, kitchen wall need fixing tiles from the wall came off, drapes need washing

however placed insect baits at the window area, which was controlled eventually we went to the pool but the sign was there saying “closed for treatment“

of all the nice clean beach was right there, as soon as we left the beach we went straight to the pool

good security pool was very good very clean food was good at restaurant

also, i liked listen to music at night by the pool or eat upstairs at restaurant

my children enjoyed the pool

you can't really enjoy the pool or the bar at night because there was too much smoking

love everything about the sand castle, very new, clean excellent staff , restaurant and laundry on premises right on the beach

i like that the room was as described and the place had food, clean pool and a private beach.

hotel, great people but the lobby bar crew is the real gem of the hotel

steven, at the bar at the pool side was very polite, pleasant and willing to serve us

everything, the spa was awesome. the staff were amazing.

misunderstood the service in the spa we thought we had access to the facility during our appointment we didn't show up the hour

i found the check-in process to be quite lengthy and with young kids, a long wait quickly turns into a big headache

i have zero complaints about this property beside the wifi was a struggle

property was value for money,with friendly staff the only downside is the bar closed too early in the night but as this hotel is right in the town centre i could get a drink

the kids love the beach even though the wi-fi signal is weak they spend more time in the ocean

would prefer jamaican cuisine,for breakfast

a continental breakfast is a plus for the property

a low budget hotel but it was very clean, good a/c, complimentary breakfast (jamaican & american)

we has a very simple breakfast the next morning at the hotel before being picked up by family

the breakfast was excellent i enjoy every moment of it
