the wifi was very good

the room was adequate, clean with comfortable beds and good wifi and a comfortable little sitting area in front, what really stood out as exceptional were 1

wifi kept dropping, requiring frequent log on; san lucas toliman is a bit off the beaten path;

garden, the views, the swimming pool, the decor, the hacienda style, the kiaking, the location, the breakfast, the beds, so clean,

a beer in the hotel restaurant is three times more expensive than any other bar

stayed many times, the remodeled the kitchen which as complete before but now is even nicer

comfortable, and the kitchen was helpful for our early morning volcano summit

the hotel is very nice, the service is super friendly, it has a restaurant and room service with reasonable prices and delicious flavors, very spacious and with all the comforts

the wifi is not available in the rooms, only the restaurant, but they have a covered porch area (with a (-)wifi in the room which wasn't clear until i got there (although this is not necessarily uncommon (-)creationist christian vibe they don t tell you about in advance, overpriced restaurant, wifi was (-) no wifi in the rooms available (-) i was on a working trip and had booked this hotel counting on its wifi so that i would be able to work, and i found myself unable to for half my stay, and without (-)spanish, making it hard to get help with booking for example hiking trips, and they do not have wifi in the rooms

steep steps like you will find in other

roof broke, a bit to rustique. pool not clean

was no mini bar no english speaking front desk agent the restaurant did not serve drinks the pool was dirty no toilet paper in the common bathrooms only one roll of toilet paper in the room

no tv or anything for the price of the room i pay, i feel the room have nothing special, the pool was no clean at all and the restaurant have hours for service, an example its they don't serve

great breakfast

staff were very friendly, included breakfast was wonderful and huge - just note that a drink is not included

anything off the restaurant's breakfast menu was included with our stay

good value for breakfast

free breakfast was plain and it was deliciously filling

also my room was right next to a bar that played loud live music until 10pm followed by another 30-60mins of loud post bar human

the heavy metal beat from the bar across the street was very loud

views, lovely staff, great spa massages and treatments, friendly atmosphere and mostly quiet and

the pool and jacuzzi very clean

spa was not 100% functional and sometimes food would take too much time to arive

wifi in my room it pretty weak.

had a hiccup with our breakfast initially, after some back and forth hotel agreed to include the missing breakfast but it

property was beautiful, the pool needs a little more chlorine since you could tell it was getting green at the bottom
