the bar could have a better range of drinks, there were no non-alcoholic options for example

staff were friendly, and reopened the bar for us so we could have a drink when we arrived, although there was not what we wanted to drink

the dining room and bar were open until late (although i didn’t need to use it)

they communicated well in advance of my stay and allowed me to have a late check out, which is important to me
