staff was very pleasant and attentive, the rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated, the pool was beautiful, and there were many seating area

was no mini bar no english speaking front desk agent the restaurant did not serve drinks the pool was dirty no toilet paper in the common bathrooms only one roll of toilet paper in the room

but they don t have any activity to be performed at the hotel, taking into account a dirty pool and only 1 tuk tuk that works with them to take you in / out of the hotel leads to a waste of

no tv or anything for the price of the room i pay, i feel the room have nothing special, the pool was no clean at all and the restaurant have hours for service, an example its they don't serve

you had to send your clothes to laundry to get them pressed

no room service unless you re sick, then you have to bring it up and down yourself

tried to charge my over $100 for a load of laundry- claiming the prices are in usd when nothing else in entire hotel is in usd

the bar was also great with fabulous cocktails

room service no tea/coffee facilities in room gardening machinery is noisy and starts early garden

had a hiccup with our breakfast initially, after some back and forth hotel agreed to include the missing breakfast but it
