i didn't use the pool or weight room but it looked like there was a good amount of equipment to be used

she was so helpful and pleasant in accommodating an early check in for me the last time i was in chicago, i decided to stay here

we arrived early on a tuesday morning and staff let us have a early 10am check in we were grateful for that

before check in time and cause they don’t provide a baggage room or locker, they offered me an early check in

since it was being renovated, the pool was closed. but we knew that prior to booking

there were wild bunnies right outside the pool area. 10/10

now, they ask that reserve pool time for you and your guests

hotel is only a short drive from o’hare and offers a shuttle to and from the airport which was perfect and easy
