we loved the balcony, comfortable bedding, beautiful wine glasses in the room, great continental breakfast and cozy lobby with the fireplace

we enjoyed our stay and our furry kids were pampered

they had a pool too which get closed at 10pm that was perfect

great and our room was the cleanest i have seen in a long time and waking up to that hot homemade breakfast was awesome

also there was no coffee available until like 7:38 in the morning there was also a very limited breakfast items and not some of the items that the website stated the water pressure in the shower

there was no breakfast or even coffee provided!

we've stayed here before and love it there isn't a breakfast or anything like it

if you book online, when you arrive with a pet, sapphire inn will add a pet fee

pet friendly hotel and when we got there they wanted to charge a pet fee

when you're booking with a pet it doesn't mention a $75 pet fee

didn't use room service or kitchen facilities, so i can't really comment on those

when booking it didn't note a pet fee and they tried to add that

very valuable as i came with a small motorcycle trailer and able to park trailer and car in safe spot

a little dated, it was clean and had all required amenities like small fridge, microwave, tv, laundry on site

property is in need of upkeep and updates. laundry facilities smelled damp and musty

it has laundry, a hiker box and is close to amenities.

quiet and had ev charger for my vehicle

golf course was beautiful and those that played enjoyed their time

floors around spa and in front of sink in the room were very slippery when wet.

there are many common areas including the reception area which houses a bar where they host a wine & cheese happy hour every evening

lobby, bar and screened in porch gave plenty of places to hang out

the room is clean, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is incredibly tasty and served in high style

try not to miss breakfast unless you can't get out of the comfy bed

the inn also provides a private bar and made a fresh charcuterie board onsite

great location, beautiful rooms, beautiful lobby and bar space!

there should be at least one grab bar in the shower

the coffee bar downstairs is a great addition and they make a great iced coffee

plus an on-site bar and restaurant was also nice

the restaurant on site serves great food and fabulous drinks and the bar staff was engaging and very pleasant to talk to

only downside is the pool is small and the motel is located on a busy four lane road
