place was clean, the bed very comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to actually cook

really appreciated the well utilized kitchen, the nice microwave, the presence of soap in the shower, and that there was dish wash

the bistro was very good and reasonably priced, the spa is first class, and the lobby bar was fun and entertaining

pool and spa is perfect they have 4 bbq grills and about four sets of tables and chairs to eat party

the view was of the pool with trees and landscapes the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable

i like how it had a sitting area, and small kitchen

some may like the valet only parking but w/ 3 kids and lot of stuff it'd be nice to access my car easily whenever i need

wish one could do one's own parking instead of relying on valet parking.

the location is about a mile from heavenly village and the casinos making it walkable or a short drive

proved to be a major inconvenience from the very beginning when trying to put in a request for an early check in (absolutely no early check-in's)

don;t smoke so having to check in and out in the smoky casino sucked

casino employees they went out there way to make sure we were ok we both had a cane to walk with
