place is remote and quiet, the cabins are stylish and cozy with a beautiful kitchen stuffed with all the necessary appliances and a very comfortable bed

near midnight, the smell became so nauseating, we were forced to sleep with the kitchen and bathroom windows opened and it snowed that night

proved to be a major inconvenience from the very beginning when trying to put in a request for an early check in (absolutely no early check-in's)

highly recommend this hotel always have a blast and love the rooms with the spa tub

pool and spa were exceptionally good

i am sure there were gym facilities - but i didn't make it there

using the spa tub black sludge and hair came out and was disgusting, but they did come out and clean

location is fantastic. and the pool and hot tub are great. i loved the tequila tasting!

two fire places to warm out wet socks and shoes, nice tvs, nice kitchen with all the supplies, and the facility was clean and updated

aware that the laundry room is only open from 9am to 8pm, and not during the night, which is rather impractical

the kitchenette was full of cooking utensils, and the spa bath was very nice and relaxing

before check-in and the hotel was within walking distance to the gondola, raley's, and stateline casinos

great private beach right down the street rooms were super clean we enjoyed the big huge spa bath was a lovely place and a great location with great staff we were a little late arriving

we were walking distance from lots of restaurants, music, casinos and the lake

clean, champagne bucket, wine glasses, spa tub, large bathroom with walk-in shower, kingbed and pillows were all comfy

-the pool are it’s depressing, no music, no vibe -no daily room service, unless you stay 3 days plus

oven was too dirty to be used, top of shelves very dusty (with little space in the kitchen we used them to store food), blinds in the kitchen

stains on bathroom floors no a/c if you want to use the pool you have to go to the hotel next door

i loved that they had a bar at the pool just wish it was available past 5

gym facility was clean, but 3 of the 6 machines were down
