didn't use the pool or spa, but facilities looked great

great location good value communal kitchen a definite plus

communal kitchen with equipment for breakfast or dinner is a nice touch

cute and cozy and love having a kitchen space even if i didn't use it that much this trip

we loved the kitchenette that had everything needed

forced hell boy service if we needed to use a cart, small bed, no rooftop access,no limited gym access

there is a german restaurant a block away and the resort does room service 5 nights a week

no self parking. compulsory valet parking.

the location is about a mile from heavenly village and the casinos making it walkable or a short drive

very close to the casinos, the lake, places to eat and disc golf courses

plus the spa inside are crazy awesome

they accommodated my very late check in (3 am) and still allowed me to have a late check out even though they were booked

we liked having a microwave and fridge in the room and the spa was lovely

everything is very convenient and the pool is an extra treat

the bedding did not seem clean, so i took it to the laundry room and washed it

beautiful golf course nearby for walking and viewing (no dogs allowed)

kids had great time in the pool

cold floors w/o carpet. laundry work only until 9pm

after a day skiing the pool, hot tub fire pits and private sauna were wonderful

had to ask the staff to turn temperature down in gym from 83 degrees to something appropriate in the 70s

the pool and hottub were a real treat and we especially appreciated the heated pool with the snow

oven was too dirty to be used, top of shelves very dusty (with little space in the kitchen we used them to store food), blinds in the kitchen

after a day of exploring south lake tahoe, relaxing by the pool was perfect

we also ate at the golf course cafe and like that also

the front desk was rude and not accommodating the shuttle service was awful

don't like the distance between the hotel and the pool

great amenities nearby (gym, pool, pickleball courts) very affordable unit compared to everything else i researched

stairs, no elevator, no pool or rec room on site

but they have another property where you can go and use facilities like racquetball pool jacuzzi

kirkwood is great. manager tried to make it better and gave us late check out.

lots of room for the kids to run around

thing i barely had an issue with was i'd rather not have to pay to enjoy the pools but i was aware of the fee before we came so it was expected

i loved that they had a bar at the pool just wish it was available past 5

gym facility was clean, but 3 of the 6 machines were down

the pool was also amazing
