a beer in the hotel restaurant is three times more expensive than any other bar

- absolutely incredible, breathtaking, tranquil from most of the points in the hotel: restaurant, pool area, almost every room 2

nothing we didn t like, but be warned there are a lot of steps if you want to use the infinity pool

if it's fully booked then residents of the hotel are not able to use its facilities

staff was great, amazing breakfast, restaurant is really good, amazing views from the volcanoes

unfair to charge the full price of a chapin breakfast when the continental breakfast is included

roof broke, a bit to rustique. pool not clean

all that said--if you are looking for some luxurious/comfortable grounds, a nice pool, beautiful view, and a totally flat area

but they don t have any activity to be performed at the hotel, taking into account a dirty pool and only 1 tuk tuk that works with them to take you in / out of the hotel leads to a waste of

the location was good. there was a game room with pool.

had issue with the water not working for a day, and then the wifi not working- though the staff were very helpful letting us use the office wifi for flight

although i was charged the extra the room service did not respond, because there were left only towels for one person

the pool and slide were awesome. the restaurant had tasty food. the people were very friendly!
