has been recently renovated, and i loved the sofa bank-bed solution for families with two small kids
very half heartedly i attempted to walk to the city center with my wife and kids via victorie place and was
great place for families, by the way, and yet lovely for us without kids because the soundproofing is superb

breakfast was continental style, although there were bacon and scrambled eggs to select if you
breakfast was very good, staff were very helpful, and they have a secure, bookable car park space 2
the warm welcome, the breakfast, the room and the location were excellent
there's no bar or restaurant
lovely courtyard for breakfast. our room had a terrace which was a nice place to relax.

this was a perfect choice for our one night scape without kids
wifi needs some upgrading. safe deposit boxes should be supplied.
the spa was amazing and so beautiful

it would great to have a kids menu option but i have been told its coming soon
with my family with two small kids and felt very welcome
bed for kids was downstairs while parents could enjoy a drink on the private
the staff are exceptional and were amazing with children, room set up also great with kids!
nice clean hotel and room was great given we had 2 kids and a dog

near by citycentre, nice kitchen, very clean very kind!:=)
the room was spacious with a sitting area and kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable
kitchen was well appointed, and location was right in the middle of town
breakfast was served in our room - table set with white table cloth and beautifully presented food

had a wonderful pet friendly room in the annexe
room, the secret room, was on the lower ground floor next to the laundry and staff room
the mini bar contents were delicious and well curated, the breakfast was lovely and the setting on the terrace
the breakfast each day is excellent
room is tiny with one table and right by the kitchen with staff going in and out all the time

if you do not clean the furniture and tiles and keep old smelling cigarettes on the tables - the kitchen in one
i woke up with allergies, and when i looked down on the area rug, there were clumps of pet hair
