i didn t have time to use the spa but so nice to have the services in this boutique hotel

elegant, clean and comfortable room with small but well-equipped kitchen and our own private patio
it was relaxing and lovely, super breakfast, very comfy
we could also cooked simple breakfast because the kitchen is available in the suite
the room was spacious and had a very useful kitchen/dining area
room service's food was delicious and the presence of a microwave in the room was sure a plus

s located in an unpleasant part of town; a number of vagrants and street kids nearby, closed shops, graffiti
the spa was beautiful and very relaxing
spa is rather small and the gym is small and has no natural light that s a pity
wifi cut outnsoni couldn't watch anything in english
we took full advantage of the spa and thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and massages

there was bunk beds in the room which the kids loved

was a lack of communication between the reception staff and the cleaners/room service
good breakfast and opened very early as we were getting the airport shuttle
